POUPEE GIRL 10 DAY BONUS

I've been playing Poupee Girl for some months now and this is the first time I've realized this:

10 days of Dress Up Buttons gets you a BONUS! 

I've done ten days straight. Hence, the flower on November 10.

I'm not really sure if this is the ribbon bonus from the Dress Up or this is something else entirely. I'm confused... :/
